A complete, installable workflow for one task
A module packages everything a professional workflow needs into one installable piece. It is not a prompt pack — it is the encoded shape of how a piece of expert work gets done.

Modules are plain data and configuration, not executable software. Installing one never runs anything on your computer, and you can open and read exactly what it contains before you trust it — that is what makes a module portable and inspectable.
For example, a module might cover meeting notes, or occupational medicine — two examples of the kind of task a module can encode, not a list of what's available today.

Protected mode is on by default for every vault. Before text is sent to an AI model, known person and company names are replaced with codes, then swapped back on your computer when the result returns. It is best-effort: only names the app already knows are replaced.
Your vault itself — documents, recordings, templates, modules and settings — is stored as ordinary files on your own computer. No Harley Works account holds them, and the app has no sync. The vault is not encrypted by the app; that relies on your computer's own disk encryption (FileVault on macOS, BitLocker on Windows). There is no analytics or tracking software in the desktop app.
What Harley Cloud does with a request
- Where it runs
- Harley Cloud runs on a server in Finland, in the EU. It passes text requests to Anthropic (Claude) and audio to a transcription provider — Groq, Mistral or ElevenLabs, depending on the transcription option. Those providers handle data under their own terms.
- Content is not logged
- Message logging is switched off: the text you send and the answers you get back are not written to Harley Cloud’s usage records.
- What is recorded per request
- For billing: the time, the model, the number of tokens, the cost, your anonymous install key and the connecting IP address. These usage records currently have no automatic expiry.
- Other logs and backups
- The web server keeps access logs (IP address, time, address requested, result) with access keys removed; they are rotated by size. Database backups are made nightly and deleted after 14 days.
- Your account
- Harley Cloud has no user accounts with names or passwords. An install gets an anonymous key. If you buy credit, the payment is handled by Stripe and we keep the payment reference, the amount and the email address you gave at checkout.

What is Harley Vault?

What is a module?

Where is my data stored?
