Every capture is transcribed, then summarised into a form you can act on. Use a built-in summary style, or write your own summary prompts for the way you work.

Once a capture is transcribed and summarised, it's structured source material — the starting point for a Harley Vault workflow. Copy the transcript or save it as a text file and take it into Vault, where prompts, variables and templates turn it into a finished, professional document.

Privacy
Where your audio and transcripts go.
Audio is transcribed in the cloud — there is no local transcription. Unlike Vault, whose Protected mode is on by default, Companion has no name-replacement step: transcripts are sent to Harley Cloud as they are.

Recording online meetings requires macOS 14.4 or later; on older versions of macOS, only microphone recording is available.
